I was just wondering if anyone knows how I can get a copy of Rockets Red Glare? I don't even know if it is on video.I've been searching but have come up empty. Any help would be great.
Thanks,

Hi E,

All of us are asking the same question! To our knowledge, Rockets Red Glare has not been relased in theaters, on DVD or Video or shown on televison as of yet. It was shown at film Fests in LA and New York; where a handful of CP fans got to see it,with CP in Sept, 2001. That is the last showing that we know of. Sadly to say, this project appears to have become, as Barb would say, "Lost in Space."

Erin,

The last time anyone checked it was supposedly available in Israel, Denmark and New Zealand on video. I haven't heard of any other territiories where it's been released. As far as I know, there is no domestic distribution (which means it's not available on video or DVD in the US).

But a couple months ago, Pan came up with a very good suggestion - write to Bravo or IFC (the Independent Film Channel) to see if they would air it. I would also like to suggest the Sundance Channel, a champion of Independent Films; or someplace like Encore. Either would be a good outlet for this film.

Thanks for the idea Linda! I willty it. I was thinking of maybe suggesting it to the Sci-Fi Network. I'll let you know if anything happens with it!

Erin,

It's DEFINITELY NOT a Sci-Fi movie. They wouldn't touch it.
