Amazon is still at it. Check out another big sale! I was finally getting ready to take down the last sale link when I was notified by Amazon of a new one. Still a good time to replace something on video tape. :-)

Our dear friend, Dogsnbarb, a/k/a Barb B. asked me to make this post.

Barb's twin sister (yes, there are two of them - more fun for all of us) is seriously ill. Barb has asked for prayers for her recovery.

I don't know the exact extent of the illness, but Barb has traveled to be with her and is staying with her brother-in-law. I spoke to Barb a short while ago, and she said the family is either there or on their way. I suspect that Barb may have limited internet access for a while anyway, but she did want her friends here to know why she may be absent for a while.

This is a tough time for you Barb and all of your family members, I know I just lost my father in a car accident. My advice is be sure to enjoy your time with your family and do not be afraid to lean on your friends! We are here for you even though we can not be there in person.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Hey all,

I just heard from Barb that her sister is now out of immediate danger. She's not out of the woods yet and they are waiting for some test results to see how to proceed with her care.

She wanted me to pass along her thanks for all the good wishes. They mean a lot to her.

Hey all,
I just had a short chat with Barb. She wants you all to know how much it helps to know that her friends are out there caring about her and Veronica. Veronica is past the first big crisis and is doing well for now. Barb and her family are hanging in. She had to travel home to tie up some loose ends and will return to Reno as soon as she can.
